Payment Information
How to pay for a booking, and what happens at each stage.
Paystack (card, M-Pesa and bank) via the payment link we send you, or pay at our offices.
Office payments are accepted in cash or M-Pesa during office hours.
Your payment options
- Pay online
- Card or M-Pesa through Paystack at checkout. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment clears.
- Pay a deposit
- Pay 50% now to hold the equipment and settle the balance before collection.
- Reserve and pay at the office
- We hold the equipment for 48 hours while you come in and pay. This is a provisional reservation — it becomes a confirmed booking once payment reaches us.
- Security deposit
- Refundable, held against the equipment and released once it is returned checked and undamaged.
