Yes. The scope can cover full planning or on-the-day coordination, provided we receive the supplier contacts, programme and venue information early enough to take control responsibly.
Yes. Approved caterers, decorators, venues, security teams, speakers and technical suppliers can all be managed through the same production schedule.
As soon as the date and venue are known. Larger conferences and multi-supplier events need more lead time, while a focused event can often be planned on a shorter schedule after a scope review.
Send the date, venue, audience and required scope through the quote form or WhatsApp. We will reply with an itemised proposal covering the agreed team, equipment and timings.
A deposit of 50% confirms the date and team. The balance follows the terms shown on the approved quotation.
