Service 06 / 09

Projector and Screen Hire

Projectors, projection screens and LED walls for conferences, launches, screenings and worship services.

The outcome

A picture that is bright enough and big enough for the room, tested before the first delegate walks in.

Display technology is matched to the room rather than selected by screen size alone. We account for viewing distance, ambient light, content format, presenter confidence and signal reliability before choosing projection or LED.

Built into the brief

The details that make delivery work.

Each layer is planned against the same scope, schedule and point of accountability.

01

Display engineering

Brightness, resolution, image size and viewing distance balanced for the real room conditions.

02

Content workflow

Presenter laptops, playback, switching, confidence views and aspect ratios tested as one system.

03

On-site operation

Clean installation, content checks and a technician available through the programme when required.

Included capabilities

  • Projectors matched to room size and ambient light
  • Fast-fold and tripod projection screens
  • LED walls for larger rooms and daylight
  • Laptop switching and presenter previews
  • Cabling, scaling and signal distribution
  • A technician on hand for the programme

Projects and production views

Displays designed for the whole room.

Large-format screens need the right structure, signal path and content preparation to stay bright, stable and readable.

Where we work

We cover Nairobi CBD, and travel for the rest.

Maxton Media works out of International House, 7th Floor, Mama Ngina Street, Nairobi CBD, and takes projectors and screens to venues right across the city — hotels, conference centres, churches, gardens, studios and offices. If your event is outside Nairobi CBD, say so when you enquire and we will quote the travel with everything else rather than adding it later.

Venues we work at regularly sit in and around Nairobi CBD, Westlands, Upper Hill, Kilimani, Lavington, Karen, Runda and Gigiri, Mombasa Road and Thika Road.

Equipment can be collected from the office or delivered and set up by our crew. How collection works, or how delivery works.
